At Scent Decant, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey; if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. Please note that due to the personal nature of fragrance decants, items must be in their original, sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective container to ensure the glass vials do not break during transit.
Ship the Items
Attach the provided return label or address the package to our returns department, ensuring you obtain a tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
